Clean room, friendly staff, very convenient location with tea and coffee facilities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and the hotel is just a quick 5-minute walk from the main square.

Nothing to improve on.

The hotel had a cozy vibe with a lovely breakfast featuring fresh croissants, and the bike rental was super handy for exploring. I loved unwinding in the comfortable lounge after a day of sightseeing. The terrace offered a nice spot to relax. The steep stairs were a bit tricky at first, but we got used to them quickly. 😊

I stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Double Room. The location is fantastic, close to museums and Vondelpark. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the canals. Perfect base for exploring! ☀️

Great location but small rooms

Woke up every morning to a bustling city, just a short stroll from museums and cafés. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering tips like hidden gems in the area.

However, the room felt cramped, with barely enough space to walk around. The air conditioning was a bit weak, making the nights warmer than I’d hoped.

During our stay, the safety deposit box was broken and despite my requests, it was never repaired. I also found the water pressure in the shower to be poor, which made showering quite frustrating. Additionally, I was disappointed that we had requested a higher floor but ended up on the second floor, despite it being a busy family vacation period.
